ahhhh the 200 mile mark. odd, but I am a bit proud of running that far with that gizmo. but wow- some people run 80-120 miles a WEEK
even so - for now, that's ok.
and hopefully I will soon have a resting heart rate below 40. that'd be nice.
and along the same line of thought - I think it is crazy, and almost cruel to become pregnant and have a baby without either living at an altitude above 9,000 ft the entire time, or getting your bedroom fitted as an altitude chamber.
I mean really. people SAY they want to give their kids "every opportunity" drop the crap. school? come on. let the kid develop at altitude to give them bigger lungs, and oxygen carrying capacity. now that's an advantage
