by the way.

dishwasher has been broken for months now; all cups dirty - too dirty to hand-wash. Every trip to Starbucks I return with a few plastic water cups for the week. some think this is sad. I am proud.

ok - not that we found the cheapest fixtures, or the best; but I think we found some pretty damn good compromises

closer to closing now than before, and I'm looking forward to our house.

I'm headding back out into the jungle of glowing pieces of shit to find the PENDANT and goddamn waterproof, energy efficent, modern bathroom lights. but don't worry, I'm fortified with ramen that adds Pork Bone Powder for flavor!

what the fuck is the matter with people? why can't anyone make a decent light fixture? (correction: a decent light fixture for less than $800)

When driving along a very straight stretch of highway very late at night (one that happens to have evenly spaced street lights as far as the eye can see, on both sides of the street - across from eachother) you will notice that the lights form a very neat parabola.
