It's almost time to stop waiting...

I wonder how people know they are ready to move up - -
I hear "I was in a rut" and "I learned all I could learn" and other such expressions that then led (or compelled) speaker onward and upward.




I'm going to start thinking real hard. trying to make an insite, have an idea.
